We will meet at 4:30 for happy hour, that way we can get a table before they are gone. The last time I was there for happy hour it didn't fill up, but you never know. Newport Bay is a pretty quiet place compared to any other happy hour spot I know, so we should all be able to hear each other speak. I would suggest that at 5:00 we take turns giving a brief explanation of why we are there and what we would like to get out of the group. Then, open forum and relax.
